Radio Signal

That faded radio signal I followed
across the ocean
through the heart of every city
through miles of trees and solitude
gave me a reason to keep moving
when even the stars
wouldn’t guide me
When the fragments of sound
finally assembled
the song became your voice
as you told the story
of your journey
